Sapphire Class
Year 6
A huge welcome back to all of you who are now in Sapphire class!
We hope you have had a lovely summer and have come back well-rested and ready to learn. I’m so excited for the year ahead and I hope you are too! As the final year of your time at Gulval School, we are looking forward to making lots of memories and preparing ourselves for the next chapter of our school journey. Please make sure that your child is still logging their daily reads on Boomreader or is bringing in a reading record to show this.
In Sapphire this year we have: Mr Yates, Mrs Davy and Miss Morse.
This term we will be swimming as our PE- this will take place on a Friday afternoon. We cannot wait to show off our incredible learning throughout our journey in Sapphire over the course of this year!
Over the the cause of this year I’m really looking forward for going to Snowdon 🏔️and also the surf day🏄♀️. Whilst I’m in year 6 I’m excited for spending time with my friends and all of the sports we get to do. I can’t wait to go see all of the different high schools and all the other trips 🚐
# YEAR SIX
Flossie
Over the course of this year in year six I’m looking forward to climbing the summit of Snowdan 🏔️,playing in the football tournaments and and having the last year of primary school with my friends.
Isaac
Whilst I am in year six, I would like to be a house captain, Prime Minister or Deputy Prime minister for Gulval school 🏫. In this autumn term, I would like to compete in the swim gala to represent Gulval school 🏊♀️.Over the course of this year, I am looking forward to climbing Snowdon🗻🏔️.
Maisy
Over the course of this year, I’m excited to go on trips (including Snowdon🏔️).Whilst I’m still in year six, I’d like to apply for house captain (Pendour!💙)or other responsibilities.
Rosie
Whilst I am in Year Six , I’m looking forward to helping the younger children to make the correct decision, I’m also super duper excited for Snowdon (a mountain in Wales) ⛰️! I’m excited for Mr Yates teaching us more things and going on more adventures , and probably having a great year! 👍
