Sapphire Class
Year 6
Welcome back Sapphire class!
As the nights are lighter and summer is in the air, we have an exciting journey ahead! As we move into our final term at Gulval School, we are looking forward to making lots of memories and preparing ourselves for the next chapter of our school journey.
We are excited for our PE this term, which includes working on a range of bat and ball skills. As a result of this, we will also be playing cricket and rounders on Thursday afternoons-please make sure you have PE kits in for this day.
We cannot wait to show off our incredible learning throughout our journey in Sapphire over the remainder of this year.

I am looking forward for the Leavers evening because I can’t wait to go into a secondary school and I can’t wait to celebrate with friends. I also can’t wait for Snowdon and getting McDonald’s because at Snowdon I hope I will be with my best friends then we can have fun especially climbing the mountain and we get Jumpers to prove we did it at the end as well. And of course beating the teachers in rounders and celebrating with friends.

I’m really looking forward to the leavers assembly, not only do we get a leavers jumper; everyone gets to go and explore their new adventure that awaits them. I’m also really excited for surfing as we get to go out of school and relax on a beach we all our friends, I hope I catch a big wave. I can’t wait for rounders against the teachers, it’s going to be a tuff match but we’re going to push through it and have fun. Gulval has been fun but soon year 6 are facing the adventures of secondary school.

Over this term, I am looking forward to the surf day because I love surfing and I do it a lot on the weekends. I’m also looking forward to going to Snowden because I get McDonald’s on the way home.😁🏔️
