The Internet has changed all of our lives, particularly our children’s. For parents and carers this opens up a whole new world of things to be aware of. For example, social media, forums, cyber-bullying and inappropriate websites.

The internet is a fantastic place to learn, have fun and talk to friends and family. However, there are risks and everyone must make sure they know how to stay safe and protect themselves online. E-safety is one of our key priorities for ensuring our children stay safe at school. But, there are also useful resources and tips to help parents keep their child safe online. In addition to our regular e-safety discussions all classes take part in the national Safer Internet Day held each year.
