Banksy, Bold Sketches and Big Messages

Sapphire Class have been exploring the striking work of Banksy in art this term. We developed our sketching skills, studying how simple lines and strong composition can create impact. Using chiaroscuro techniques, we experimented with light and shadow to add drama and depth. Inspired by Banksy’s distinctive style, we created an epic final piece that communicates a powerful social message. The results were thought-provoking, expressive and full of confidence — true art with something important to say.
