Beware… The Villains Have Arrived!

In Sapphire Class this half term, we have been developing our writing skills through an exciting character description unit based on villains. We began by learning and performing our model text before exploring a range of writing techniques, including powerful vocabulary, expanded noun phrases and figurative language.

We then applied these skills to create our own villain-inspired character descriptions. From sinister smiles to shadowy figures, our writing was full of creativity and imagination. We are incredibly proud of how we used the techniques we had practised to bring our villains to life and engage our readers.
