Amethyst Class have been working incredibly hard in their writing lessons and we are so proud of the creativity and focus they have shown. This term, the children have been inventing their own warning tales, carefully thinking about how to build suspense, describe settings and characters, and deliver a clear message to the reader.

The classroom has been full of brilliant ideas, thoughtful discussions, and enthusiastic authors eager to share their work. From mysterious forests to curious characters who ignore important warnings, the children have produced some truly engaging stories. Their perseverance, imagination and attention to detail have really shone through, and it has been wonderful to see their confidence as writers grow.
