Fantastic stories!

In English, Year 1 have been creating their own stories, carefully thinking about their characters, setting and a problem for their adventure. The children first shared their ideas on whiteboards before creating story maps to help organise their thoughts. They then used these plans to write their own five-sentence stories. We were so impressed with their creativity, fantastic ideas and brilliant use of adjectives to make their writing more exciting. Well done, Year 1!
