Marvellous Maths in Year 6!

This term, alongside our number work, we’ve explored the world of statistics – and what a journey it’s been! We’ve decoded dual bar charts, analysed line graphs and interpreted pie charts to uncover hidden information.

Even better, Sapphire Class have been making fantastic links with previous learning – using their understanding of fractions to interpret pie charts and their coordinates knowledge to read and plot data on graphs accurately.

It’s been all about thinking critically, spotting patterns and drawing conclusions – and Year 6 have been absolute stars throughout!
