Amethyst Class Discover the Power of Music! 🎶🌍

Amethyst Class have been exploring how music can be a powerful way to share important messages with the world. This half term, they combined creativity with environmental awareness in a truly inspiring way.

The children began by listening carefully to a song all about recycling and protecting our planet. We discussed how the lyrics, rhythm and repetition helped the message to stick in our minds. The class reflected on how music can make people feel inspired, hopeful and motivated to make a change.

During our discussion, we were shocked to learn an alarming fact: if pollution continues at its current rate, by 2050 there could be more plastic in the sea than fish. The children were passionate and full of questions, eager to understand how they could help make a difference.
